Yes! We have created portraits for unique pets big and small. From big beautiful horses too cute little pet birds.

Upon request, we can definitely send you a preview of the artwork before printing and framing. Just include it in your order notes while ordering.

It takes our skilled artists 4-5 days to complete the illustration of your pet. Our artists hand illustrate every portrait to make sure that all of your pets quirks, spots and spunks are included in the final artwork. Good things take time and we want to make this special artwork purr-fect!

We use a partially textured fine art paper at 310 gsm for all of our portraits. This paper has an archival museum rating, guaranteed to last 25 years without fading. This paper allows us to print with a full colour profile which makes the most of our portraits giving our customers a dynamic and vibrant print that will last a very long time. All of our prints are then mounted onto a lightweight 3mm adhesive foamcore backing to give you the flattest finish. Our foamcore backings are acid-free to protect your images from fading giving our customers the flattest appearance possible and the most premium finish. We take enormous pride in the quality of our prints.

Our frames are hardwood photo frames manufactured right here in Australia with a small 2cm profile width. Each and every print is framed with a 2mm thick clear framing glass.

Once an order is received, we get right to work. It takes 4-5 business days for us to illustrate your custom portrait. Once the artwork is finished, most orders are delivered within 2 and a half weeks (depending on your location). Please note, if we reach out for a new photo or you have a request placed after the order is placed, delivery times will be longer.

If you've purchased the digital download, we will usually send it shortly after you receive the tracking information. However, if you need it upon completion just drop it in the order comments and we'll send it to you as soon as we finalise the artwork :)

Changed your mind on a frame size or background colour? Please reach out within 12 hours of your order being placed and we will accommodate the change. Please note, in rare cases, changes to orders may result in shipping delays.

While it's rare, occasionally your precious portrait can get damaged in shipment as they are glass covered. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will work fast to get a replacement. Please provide photos of the damage in your first email so we may help you faster.
